Capital Budgeting Unit - CPIP
All state agencies responsible for providing and maintaining physical facilities are required to submit a Comprehensive Permanent Improvement Plan (CPIP) each year. The purpose of the CPIP is to provide the Joint Bond Review Committee and the Budget and Control Board with a comprehensive view of each agency's permanent improvement activities over a five-year period.
